Apple iPad 2 to Launch on January 19th

There has been a lot of speculation over the recent months as to the release of the iPad 2 from Apple and it is now thought that the device could be launched in just a couple of weeks time. The iPad is one of the best selling tablet computer devices in the world at the moment due to Apple exploring the market that was previously mostly unexplored. Now, Apple could be lining up to unveil their next version of the device which is thought to be named the iPad 2.

On the 19th January 2011, there will be an event held in San Francisco in which Steve Jobs and Rupert Murdoch will attend. This event is actually to announce the launch of the iPad only magazine that is being launched by the company in which Rupert Murdoch owns; News Corporation. It is thought that on this day, there will be a lot of features of the magazine to be displayed and that some of the features will tie in with the next version of the iOS 4.3 operating system that is expected to be released for the iPad.

Because of this, there are a lot of people that believe that Steve Jobs will choose this day in which to announce the release of the next iPad device. This could be far from the truth however and as usual, Apple has kept quiet about the whole event.
