Adobe Photoshop Express for iPod Touch

For those of you who love to edit and crop your pictures, and do it all on your iPod Touch, there’s now yet another imaging app that will let you do just that. The app is the Adobe Photoshop Express app, and it will let you resize, crop, rotate, or otherwise play with your images in a way that you never have before! And, you don’t have to worry about taking up any of that valuable space on your iPod Touch either.

The app works with the website Photoshop.com. You upload your pictures to Photoshop.com from your PC at home, and then download the app onto your iPod Touch. When you want to resize or edit your pictures from your iPod Touch, just open the app and you’ll have access to everything that you’ve uploaded to the website. Drag your finger across the screen to make  your edits, or choose from different menus that all include functions accessible by just a tap on the screen. You can even get really creative with it by adding a Soft Focus or Sketch effect. And if you make a mistake, just undo it. Decide you like it after all? There’s a redo button too.

There has been a common complaint about the app that it’s not equipped with high resolution and so, it looks really bad with the retina display on the iPhone 4 and the iPod Touch 4. But, most users still agree that the app is a good enough to have on your Touch because it lets you do such simple editing with really just a few taps and swipes. And, the app is also completely unrelated to Adobe or Photoshop, so don’t go in thinking that it’s an extension of the $500+ program. This one you can have for free if you download it here.
