The iPhone is one of the most successful phones of all time and it has completely revolutionised the mobile phone market. With the last addition of the iPhone from Apple; the iPhone 4, there were a number of problems regarding the antenna and now, it is though that Apple is working on the iPhone 5. There are currently rumours that Apple could actually looking to launch the iPhone 5 as soon as September of this year, although some other analysts have said that it is extremely unlikely that Apple will unveil the phone before 2012.
One of the facts that has contributed to the September release date rumours is that fact that a Taiwan based company has recently received an order for 15 million iPhone 5 units that will have a shipping date of September. Apple is facing tough competition at the moment as other manufacturers work hard to catch up with the iPhone including the likes of Windows Phone and of course, Android from Google.
There are many rumours as to when the exact date of the iPhone 5 release will be but one thing is for certain and that is that it won’t be long away at all. The iPhone 5 will either be released at the end of this year or early 2012, unless there are complications with Apple and the production. iOS 5 is on its way this September nonetheless so iPhone 4 users will at least have something to look forward to.
