Mobile Phone Battle – BlackBerry Versus IPhone

Mobile Phone Battle – BlackBerry Versus IPhone.

When it comes to picking out a mobile phone that would be right for you, the task can be quite difficult and time-consuming. You may spend a lot of time researching on the internet to find as much information as possible on the many different phones available, or you may spend hours shopping around for the right mobile phone and service provider.

Mobile phones today can be very expensive, especially if you are looking for a high-end model that will have plenty of storage for saving photos, videos, games, apps, documents, and more. You will also pay more for a mobile phone that provides you with sufficient speed, such as 3G or 4G data transmission speeds, to efficiently check your websites, news, weather, emails, etc. If you are on a budget, you will need to know where you should cut corners, so talking to an experienced salesperson can definitely help you decide what to do.

BlackBerry

BlackBerry phones have been around for years. At first, only businesspeople really used them so that they could access important information, like documents, emails, and contacts, throughout the workday. However, as texting and surfing the internet on mobile phones became more mainstream, more consumers began to invest in BlackBerry phones.

These phones typically feature a touchscreen or their more traditional look, which features a small QWERTY keyboard that can be difficult for some to type on, a trackpad for navigating the interface, and a fairly large screen on the top half of the device.

BlackBerry phones also come with built-in cameras and video recorders, and they also offer their BlackBerry Messenger service, also known as BBM for short, so you can communicate with other BBM users instead of merely texting.

Finally, BlackBerry phones range in price, so if you cannot afford the latest model, you can still get a great phone that does everything you need.

iPhone

When the first Apple iPhone was released, it changed the mobile phone market forever. For the first time, a handheld mobile phone had hardly any buttons and a full, vibrant touchscreen that you could use to navigate the interface, write messages, and zoom in and out of websites with ease. Another distinguishing feature on the iPhone is the ability to FaceTime, or video chat with loved ones. Android phones would soon follow, but iPhone has always kept its signature interface and layout, as well as its own standout features to keep it on top of the market.

When an iPhone is released, it replaces all of the older models on the market, so the price is not really negotiable. You can either afford an iPhone or you will have to purchase a less expensive Android phone. Or, if you have an older model that still works for you and still has the speed and storage you need, you have the option of upgrading it to the latest model. Some have difficulty with this and end up buying the newest model anyway, but at least it is an option.
