The iPhone 4 is currently the latest offering form Apple in terms of the iPhone device although it didn’t get off to the best of starts when it was released around a year ago. Now, there is rumoured to be the release of the iPhone 5 device later this year and within the next couple of months and this has led to many networks around the word cutting the price of the iPhone 4 model.
In the UK, most networks have cut the cost of getting the iPhone 4 in anticipation of the iPhone 5 release and most of these networks have now started offering the phones free of charge on their contracts. Previously, customers would have to pay a small fee for the phone as well as the monthly contract price. As well as this, the phone has also seen its prices cut in the United States with Walmart reported to have been selling the iPhone 4 at a 25 per cent discount last month in order to try and get rid of as much of the iPhone 4 stock as possible before the release of the latest offering from Apple.
It is said that the cut prices of the iPhone 4 means that the iPhone 5 really will be coming out over the next couple of months and that the release date of September of this year isn’t so far off.
