IPOD TOUCH 1.1.3 APPLICATIONS
The latest software update of the Ipod touch 1.1.3 application comes with a firmware upgrade caused such a huge excitement that the release of the $20 apple upgrade was somewhat overlooked. As is evident from many user experiences, the installation of the Ipod touch 1.1.3 applications is not that easy even if it comes at a small price.
Apparently, before attempting to upgrade the ipod with the 1.1.3 update, it was necessary to restore it to its virgin state and this was no big deal because one has to just plug it in the computer and open the iTunes software. The option “restore” smoothly restores the iPod to almost factory stage. Then the update has to be installed which was a little tiresome but eventually was completed.
Leaving this aside, some resourceful iTouch hackers have reported that without even installing the 1.1.3 update, most of the new iPod Touch applications could be easily accessed by hacking the update. This is not going to go down well with Apple. They say that a jailbroken iPod Touch 1.1.3 can run applications without any hassles so many people have not even bothered to upgrade their iPod Touch.
The ipod touch applications available are pretty much the same as on the regular jail broken iPod touch. So you can enjoy all the features and applications that the update releases. Some of the most popular applications are Google maps, iPhone books, a variety of fun games, GPS navigation, multi – recipient SMS features and loads of other softwares. Even the iPod Touch 1.1.3 has powerful applications.

I am not big on buying apps on the iPod Touch but decided to share my excitement about this send/receive texting app I bought called iTim. This app lets me send pictures, animated gifts via mms to any phone carrier and allows my friends to reply with via mms. Its currently a one time fee of $2.99 and well worth the money!!! iTim mms and texting is a better deal then any phone carrier can offer you.
can anyone send me free apps that are fun or something
