The great thing about Tweetdeck is that as well as being fantastic for Twitter, you can also integrate your Facebook account into the app and keep up to date on your news feed from both websites in just one app. Tweetdeck is set out extremely well and it is extremely intuitive to use. The app is made so that it does everything that you can do on the actual Twitter website on your iPhone and iPod Touch and it works extremely well.
Overall, this app is a great app if you are looking for a good Twitter iPhone and iPod touch app and perhaps the best thing about it is that it is available completely free of charge from the iTunes app store.
