There has been a lot of talk just recently in regards to Apples app store as the company actually believes that they have the sole right to use the app store name. With many other companies starting their own applications stores, this is the name that is often being used and Apple has been known to lash out at companies for this. Now, Apple has found itself another target that goes by the name of Mikandi. This is an app store that offers adult content to users of the Android system.

Apple is now pressuring the app store to change the name of their store to something that isn’t what Apple claims to be theirs. Up until now, the Mikandi store has refused to take any action against the warning from Apple and now, Apple could actually start legal action against the company.

Only a couple of days ago, Apple announced that it would be taking legal action against Amazon after they launched their own app store for the Android system. The Amazon app store is named ‘appstore’ which Apple is still claiming to be infringement of their rights.

Microsoft is currently fighting Apple over the case that the app store is actually their name. Microsoft has said that they need as many companies as possible to help them in their battle. Mikandi has said that it is the worlds largest adult app store and they are proud to be this.
