When you open the WifiTrak iPhone app, it will give you a list of all the networks that are currently in your area. And if you leave the app on, it will make this quick scan every sixty seconds, so you always know what networks are close by, even if you’re traveling from place to place. Once the networks are found, you’ll be able to see some basic information about them at a glance, due to the small icons that appear beside the name of each different network. So you’ll know which networks are being redirected, which are open, and what ones are secure. If you need to know further information about that network, such as how you can type in a password, you can just tap on the network and it will bring up a listing of detailed information pertaining to that network.
Don’t ever be frustrated by WiFi again with the WifiTrack iPhone app! Not only will it give you a list of the networks but it will also list them in order from the best and strongest networks for you, but it will also show hidden networks, and keep networks with low signal strength at the bottom of the list. So you don’t have to waste your time with them!
