Earlier this week Apple got plenty of negative publicity over their alleged poor working conditions imposed on employees in manufacturing plants around the world. Today Apple’s CEO made a public statement in regards to the worldwide complaints and as always he did his best to try and make up for the issue.
The official announcement essentially was a simple apology saying that Apple is deeply sorry for any and all major problems faced by employees. The statement also made it clear that Apple does in fact care about the employees worldwide and will be doing anything and everything possible to improve working conditions and benefits for employees. No word yet on what Apple is planning to do about the situation but if the past is any indication we will probably see at least some sort of change implemented in the somewhat near future.
