How to set iPod Touch Wallpaper

iPod Touch being the latest offering from Apple, is getting popular day by day. It has a unique multi touch user interface. Its features are a bit complicated to understand for a new user.   1. i have the ipod touch 3rd generation and recently updated it to the new iOS 4 off of iTunes, how do u change the internal wallpaper without jailbreaking the ipod??
