I purchased 2 ipod touch in December 2011 and we thoroughly enjoy them but for some reason we are having problems with apps that we downloaded. At times those apps wont open at all. We have tried turning it off and on, then sometime we have to delete an app and reinstall it again. This is very aggravating. What can be done to stop this? Please help us.

Last year in 2009, i got a new iPod for my birthday in February. It froze about 4 or 5 months after that. And it is still frozen today (January 28th 2010) So that battery is flat and it is still frozen. When I plug it into the computer, the computer doesn't read it, as if I have not plugged it into the computer at all.
Nothing seems to work.
Please help.
What do I do ??
