  1. I just upgraded to iOS 9 and it crashes in the middle of watching a video, reading something on Facebook or even email. I’m beginning to think the upgrades degrade the original device so much so that Apple WANTS you to buy a new device.

  2. Had the same issues. Let the battery run down to low teens, then did a soft reset from the settings. Then let the battery die all the way. After it charged up, all fixed.

    1. Am having the same problem, would like to try your solution, but don’t know what a “Soft” reset is. Could you explain? Thanks

  3. I guess I’m doomed to iPad hell. Oh well, I did need to read email anymore anyway…
I will never buy another Apple product, they rank right up there with Epson. Oh for the days when I had the original software!
I know, there are about 50 fixes and one might work, but since I don’t want to get an it degree, I’ll just go back to a PC.

  4. I’ve already tryed this out but my ipad1 with Os 5.1.1 it did not work….don’t know why or what to do, games app keep crashing…
