I’m anti-Apple, so I’ll take nearly anything else. BUT I had an older Zune that had a manufacturer’s defect. The internal LCD would crack while charging on some models, the battery would overheat and expand and crack the screen. That happened to me and no one would fix it, no Microsoft under warranty, at the time they said they didn’t fix screens period, or Best Buy who I bought a product service plan with. So I got screwed. So I don’t really want either a Zune or an Apple.
