so i wont this ipod and it wont charge but took back the ipod i wont and got a new one and i this one dosent work ither could it just be my compture and the plug it plugs in to be broken help

hi my problem about my ipod shuffle is that its working when i try to charge it on my computer and can store music and play on the computer but when removed from the dock and try to turn it on its just flashes green and orange..no music at all..the ear phones are working tried it on computer..pls help what should i do!! thank you

hi my ipod,when i turn it on the light on the top just flashes green,amber,green amber a cuple f times n i cant lisen no music…

ok my ipod only works when i connect it to the computer but when its not connected to the computer it just shuts down and i can reset the ipod or anything..
