We believe that the iOS 5 Update error because of the Apple server is swamped or crashed, their server is not ready to receive too many request from million Users worldwide who want to upgrade to IOS 5. The problem is definitely on Apple’s end. It’s servers are having problems verifying the update for everyone, even after they complete the iOS 5 download.
