The news just broke that Apple has earned a very coveted award for their service and work last year. Apple has earned the number one spot in terms of customer satisfaction for mobile shopping which is quite an amazing achievement for any company. Obviously Apple is doing something correctly if they managed to earn this title and it looks like in nearly every way customers are incredibly happy.
Apple not only did well in the mobile shopping ratings, they also earned one of the top spots in overall online shopping as well. Apple’s customer service and sales teams are always some of the friendliest and most helpful teams online so it is not surprising that Apple earned this award. Congratulations to Apple for earning this amazing award and let’s hope they can keep up the incredible service for another year.
