Firefox launches new features for iPhone and iPod Touch

As you will know, the iPhone and the iPod Touch devices are a great way to surf the internet and their touch screen interfaces make the internet easy to use and makes it at your fingertips all of the time. Of course, when you buy the device, they will come preinstalled with the Safari browser that is common on all Apple devices, including their Mac computers. If you don’t like Safari however, you can download Firefox for the devices and there are a range of features in the browser.

Firefox have launched a new version of their browser for iOS devices today and it includes some pretty great features. The new version of the app actually features more than 15 different languages which will make the browser much more compatible for people all over the world. As well as this, Firefox have added a new ‘URL Bar’. This is common on the desktop versions of the software and it actually allows users to search for websites using a search engine by typing their query into the search part of the URL bar.

As well as this, Firefox have added another fantastic feature to the browser. This feature is that you can actually use tabs on the browser which you have left open on your Mac and PC. All you have to do is to give your PC or Mac access to your device and it will work. These are great new additions to the browser.
